OUR STORY
The Artists Avenue, a transformative initiative, was founded a decade ago by the visionary Filipino American sisters Larissa, Melissa, and Melody Enriquez. Driven by their passion for music and a strong commitment to fostering young talent, they launched this venture with the goal of sharing the powerful gift of music with aspiring artists. United by family values and a shared vision, they set out to create a platform that empowers and uplifts individuals who dream of honing their artistic skills and exploring the limitless potential of their creativity.
Their work has since blossomed into a vibrant community that nurtures artistic expression, providing guidance, resources, and support to those seeking to refine their talents. Through this initiative, the Enriquez sisters have not only offered a space for learning but have also inspired countless young people to pursue their artistic dreams, making a lasting impact on the lives of many.
Children are children but for a moment, and if in that moment we could make a positive impact in their lives, then that child will carry that experience with them to adulthood and hopefully look to do or be the same in another child's life. - Larissa Enriquez
OUR MISSION
The Artists Avenue aims to empower young artists by introducing them to the diverse avenues within the performing arts. Through fostering collaboration and critical thinking skills, we create a safe, inclusive environment where students from all backgrounds can learn and grow as professionals. We believe in celebrating individuality to create a harmonious world, where each unique voice contributes to the melodic tapestry of artistic expression.
OUR VISION
At The Artists Avenue, we envision a classroom that embraces a diverse mix of students, each at different skill levels, fostering a dynamic and enriching learning environment. We believe this inclusive approach allows beginner students to grow as they observe and learn from advanced peers, while advanced students gain valuable leadership experience by collaborating with and guiding those who are still developing their skills.

Inspired by the dynamics of professional productions—where performers from varied backgrounds and training levels unite to create extraordinary performances—our teaching model mirrors this real-world synergy. By adopting this method, we aim to cultivate an atmosphere that emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to produce high-caliber performances, ensuring that all students thrive as artists.
Our Directors
At The Artists Avenue, our directors are not just leaders; they are passionate mentors who believe in the transformative power of musical theatre to enrich the lives of young people. Each director brings their own unique journey and a heartfelt commitment to nurturing creativity, confidence, and community among our youth.
